Nice work even if it is only a temporary site from design studio Parent. I love how the work is displayed. Very unusual and interesting horizontal scroll of design goodness.

It has been a while since the brilliant and ironically rejected typographic book covers of Klas Ernflo hit the blogwaves but there has since been some updates in the Ernflo portfolio. You can also see even more work at Flickr.
Some nice projects in the portfolio of Rob Millington.
I love that his feet are in the above shot of his work. I say leave the feet in there. Why bother cropping them out.
There are a few strange and very interesting things happening within the portfolio of the design partnership Space Jump.
Nice work in the portfolio of Aussie design studio Cornwell.
Andy Mangold’s type specimen book has been making the blog rounds this week but that is just one work from his portfolio. He is currently attending the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore. He already has some very accomplished work in his book. Keep your eye out for him when he graduates.
There is some really fun work in the Flickr-Folio of London-based design studio Roundel. I really love the study for the logo above. Great color work.
Under Consideration has a rundown on what they are calling the best and worst rebrands of 2008. I bet you can take a wild guess at one of the very worst, if the above image hasn’t given it away yet.
What were they thinking?
Accent have a new website and some new work on display. There are some really great branding projects in their book. Lots of great logo work.
Monarkh is an online magazine dedicated to art and design. They already have some great interviews up with some of the best out there.
Really nice print work utilizing some stunning color palettes in the portfolio of Simon Hughes.
There is a lot of work in the portfolio of Fs52 and the work covers a wide range of styles which is really nice.
FFFFound’s own Sean Rees has updated his site with some beautiful new work. He is beatin’ the street for some freelance right now as well and I can’t think of a better person for a design project. He is top shelf, guaranteed.
There is some really fantastic design work in the portfolio of Moving Brands. Totally awesome if I may dare say. Be sure to click the ‘work’ link at the top and then get into it.
All about Moving Brands:
“Moving Brands is an independent brand and digital agency with offices in London, Tokyo, Zurich and San Francisco. At a time of rapid evolution across business, culture and technology, we help our clients to create, transform and refresh brands for a moving world.
Our approach provides brand and digital strategy, brand identity, and brand expression for an array of digital and print media. Clients work with us on global brand transformation programmes, individual digital and print projects and everything in between.
Through our work we create new ways for brands to connect with people, and people to connect with brands. Technologies and processes are very important here, but everything we do starts and ends with people.
At the heart of our work is a belief that brands should be as dynamic and relevant as the company, service or product they represent. Businesses grow every moment of every day — so should their identities and their communications”
“Ari Weinkle is unsure how to categorize himself. He enjoys working on the computer, mainly creating abstract, typographic, forms freefalling in space. He also enjoys creating microcosoms and the occasional cubo-mesh-portrait. But, he also has a passion for graphic design and concise communication. As such, he is currently studying the subject at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence.”
Exceptional work for someone still in school. Keep your eye out for this emerging talent.
There is some interesting type work in the Behance-folio of designer Daniel Gordon. It looks like he has been a contributor for the KDU cause for a few years now as well.
There have been a few updates at Kittozutto since I last posted about their absolutely amazing work. You can also purchase a poster of the above type treatment. Their imagery is just flat out surreal and sincerely inspiring.
There are some nice examples of squeaky clean graphic design work in the portfolio of Draught Associates. I wonder if they are called that because they are drinking buddies. Just curious.
