Artist, Christopher Davison has a large body of work archived at his website. He is also exhibiting his first solo show at Nicelle Beauchene Gallery in New York. The show will be up through the end of this month.

Onetime graphic designer (and still when the occasion calls for it [see above]) and now illustrator, Mark Howe has updated with a slew of fun projects.
“Lizzy Stewart graduated with a first class degree from Edinburgh College of Art in 2009. She is a fan of pencils, cardigans and Russian history. And also bears. She is also one half of the superexcellent duo Sing Statistics with designer Jez Burrows.”
Her website is named after a song by the band The National.
There are several simple and fun screenprints in the portfolio of Us and Them Studio.
There are some very unusual and highly artistic t-shirts for sale at Boutik Boutik. The art on the tees could just as easily be hung on a wall. Really beautiful stuff.

There is some great sometimes retro-inspired poster design and illustration work in the Flickr-folio of Adam the Velcro Suit.
David Schleinkofer mostly paints fine art and landscape piece now. He explains in his Flickr profile that painting for Sci-Fi dried up in the 90’s with the introduction to the computer. He prefers to work by hand and finds the computer too frustrating of a medium. He loves the tactility of paint. Here’s to hoping we could get him to pick up that brush and knock out some space men again.
Regardless, you can still see some of his amazing Sci-Fi paintings in his Flickr-folio.
Drew Struzan paints illustrations for use in movie posters and on the cover of DVDs. You can actually buy his work for a hefty sum, but owning one would be a real shred of pop culture history. His work is strikingly beautiful and the likeness and heroism in his imagery is dead on for the film industry.
There is some bizarre but unquestionably original vector illustration work in the Flickr-folio of Gerry Wong who traded advertising for art.
The talented illustrator/designer, Miika Saksi has updated his website and portfolio once again. His work is very digital/collage but he still manages to retain something tactile and contemporary within his imagery that makes it very contemporary. Love it.
Luis Araujo just emailed me his newly updated portfolio and he has some unusual digital illustration/imaging work in his portfolio. Araujo is a co-founder & Creative Director of Creativestem & The Raster Group.
Brooklyn-based illustrator, Lisel Jane has a beautiful body of work that has been utilized by some notable clients.
Here is a nice little promo-vid for Hellovon’s upcoming show at the Cerasoli Gallery in LA. I love his work.
