There is a large body of fun and stylistic illustration work within the Flickr-folio of Theory 1.
Andrew Clark is a London-based illustrator and I think he has a thing for animals and geometry.
Nimit Malavia is a graduate of Sheridan ITAL’s BAA- Illustration program and currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. He has some highly emotive and beautiful illustration work in his portfolio. Both his graphite and color work are equally striking.
Amazingly, Turkish artist/illustrator Kerem Beyit has no formal illustration training which after viewing his amazing work is almost impossible to believe. His work is gushing with talent, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Kate Banzai is an illustrator/screenprinter/collage artist who has a large volume of really colorful and highly composed work in her Flickr-folio. She also has a website but the real magic is happening in her Flickr pages.
Graphic designer/artist, Saiman Chow has some new work in his portfolio and to be frank, this latest series pictured above is just flat-out weird. There is no arguing that it’s intrigueing but it is definitely strange.
Wow, Berlin-based illustrator/artist, Meyoko has crafted some seriously amazingly detailed illustrations. You can check them out in Meyoko’s Behance-folio. The work is not only expertly crafted but also highly imaginative.
Tim Hon Hung Lee got in touch today to let me know he had updated his portfolio with some new works. His line work is really amazing. That is no easy task to replicate with a pen.
Talented image maker, Sakke Soini has updated with a few new pieces in his Behance-folio.
Argentinian designer/illustrator Ezequiel Eduardo Ruiz has some really interesting collage work in his Flickr-folio. Some of it reminds me a little of Eduardo Recife’s work but Ruiz is definitely fine-tuning his style as his work develops.
Leeds-based, Monsieur Cabinet has some pretty funny, simple and clever illustration work happening in his portfolio.
Wow, I am super impressed by the illustration and just the rendering/drawing ability of illustrator Martine Johanna. Really inspirational work.
Talented illustrator, Andy Potts has updated with a new website featuring loads of his slick illustration work. The highlight to me though is the personal section of the site.
Bizzarro Leads-based art house, Kraffhics has recently updated since I posted them a long while back now. They are definitely owning their strangeness (but I like it).
Scott K Macdonald has some really fun illustration work, and a lot of it in his Flickr-folio. You can also visit his personal website here. Scott received his degree in Graphic Design from the NSCC, Marconi Campus in 2000. He also received another degree in Digital Animation from the NSCC, Truro Campus in 2002. Scott currently lives in Vancouver, BC where he works as a freelance animator and illustrator.
Jordan Metcalf has some really nice art and illustration work in his Flickr-folio. It doesn’t really stop at illustration, however as he also generates some equally stunning examples of typography. He guards his work closely though so the images of his work are small.
James Mitchell is based in Portland and has some really cool artwork in his Flickr-folio.
