After operation ‘Top Hat’ failed BP has decided a to adopt a new strategy utilizing what is being called an ‘insertion tube‘, possibly because it’s an even more apt and ironic analogy to how the ocean is getting fu**ed. Sarcasm aside, let’s just all hope it works.
