Danish motion graphics agency Magnet Visuals has recently updated with some new work. They have some slick examples of motion, 3D and animation under their belt and I can only imagine their work getting stronger in the future.
Vancouver based, motion graphic, motion comic book artists and post-production studio Sequence have updated with a new website and new work. The site itself is slick but the work is even slicker. Prepare to be impressed.
Hollywood based motion graphics studio Laundry has kept busy and continues to updated their site with new projects as well as new project proposals. I hired Laundry for my very first Colorado Lottery TV spot a long time back while I was still at Cactus and kept an eye on their progress ever since.

I am just going to go out on a limb here and say that after watching this showreel I am pretty sure there are some incredibly talented people working for Digital District.
C’mon, you really should know CPR, especially when you consider the fact that at some point in your life the stars may align and some gorgeous human being in their underwear or swimsuit may need mouth-to-mouth.
You gotta admit, this video was a pretty clever idea and an even more clever ploy for self promotion.

This video is meant to express the technologies behind the Nike Brasil 2010 World Cup football kit which is made from recycled plastic bottles, is extra water repellent and super-flexible. Again, more wonderful work from Universal Everything.
Damn, now I am definitely going to have to buy one. I am wearing one of my old ones right now as I type this.

“The city district Amsterdam Osdorp recently merged with Slotervaart and Geuzenveld-Slotermeer and was given the name Amsterdam Nieuw-West. This change also meant the end of 20 years of restructuring urbanized areas. To celebrate everything achieved, a book was published. ‘The Metamorphosis of Osdorp’ gives an overview of the architectural highlights. We were asked to create an intriguing video, featuring the buildings we find most characteristic.”

Alessandro Durando of the NERDO design collective assembled this teaser for a larger project none of which involves keyframes and was created only using the dynamics of audio reacting particles.
There is a lot of interesting things at play here that meld music, 3D, architecture, editing and off the street footage into something that just kind of works.
