Brazilian graphic artist Adhemas Batista has been very busy cranking out the bright, colorful and slick vector illustration work that made him known throughout the design world. He has collected his most recent efforts to display in an equally slick new website. He has also launched a blog if you want to keep up with him there.
I have written about Brazilian artist Douglas Bicicleta before but a recent visit to his Flickr-folio yielded a discovery of some stunning new work. The album cover above for Black Drawing Chalks’ Life Is A Big Holiday For Us is a particular standout.
Brazilian motion design firm Molho has a large portfolio of work that runs deeper than motion into print, typography and even experimental drawing and illustration.
Brazilian Marcos Ceravolo is Boca Motion. Ceravolo graduated as a Graphic Design student at FAAP. After graduating he moved to Vancouver, Canada, where he received his diploma in Digital Design at Vancouver Film School. He currently lives in Copenhagen where he works as a Motion Designer/Associate Art Director at Danish studio Thank You.
Exceptional and colorful poster work has been created by the prolific Brazilian designer Kiko Farkas. I found his work through a user submitted comment. Thank you for that.
Bam Studio sent this experimental animation video to me today and I was impressed on several levels. It’s an interesting bit of animation in terms of what is happening, but it is equally inspiring for the imaginative renderings of the figures. There is a vintage 70’s throwback feel in the execution that is just really fun to look at. I’ve got nothing but love for the Brasileiros.

Brazilian Art Director/designer/illustrator, Atila Meireles has updated with some really wild and colorful work. The landing page of the site is every bit as quirky and cool as the last version of the site.
Nelson Balaban has updated his portfolio yet again with yet more interesting design work. He is building his portfolio with some really impressive clientele.
Brasileiro designer Dimitre Lima just emailed to inform me that he just updated his website with some new work. I was immediately drawn to the processing-driven Mtv animation-ident in his portfolio. I managed to track down an actual video that you can see above but please do drop by his site for more of his unusual work. Eu gosto muito.
