Nice typography from Fabian Jochen Kanzler. Minimal type just looks good in German doesn’t it? It makes sense somehow, especially when it is used to list some of life’s essential ingredients.
I have written of these folks before but, correct me if I am wrong, it appears they have a few new pieces of work on their site. I really like their work and it makes it even better that one of them worked for Hort. Another place I have nothing but respect for.

Twelve Car Pileup is the online portfolio of Twin Cities-based graphic designer Mike Davis, a member of Burlesque of North America.
I was lucky enough to just kind of stumble upon the Electrik Suicide today and it made my day. There is a wealth of sheer awesomeness in his Flickr portfolio. And by sheer, I mean sharp like the edge of a razor blade ready to scarify your shoulder with a kick ass design. Are you picking up what I am laying down here?
Here is the 411 on Electrik Suicide:
“Electrik Suicide is Ronald Ashburn,
a Multidisciplinary Designer & Artist
based in Southern California.”
Be sure to visit his profile page on his Flickr account because he has a number of locations to visit on the world wide internets.
Who is Supermandolini™
“We are two graphic designers from Thessaloniki, Greece whos love and passion for design resulted in the creation and launch of Supermandolini™ – Online Boutique in 2007. Starting only with a range of t-shirt designs in mind we ended up producing and designing more than just apparel. At the moment our boutique has a range of handmade accessories like earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings and pins and a limited number of high quality posters and canvases which all have been designed with the same energy and eye for detail that describes our work.”
New art and weirdness from Vincent Pacheco who calls himself Mudchicken.
America people. I am smoking me up some America.
It appears that the crazy kids behind ‘Oh Yeah‘ have updated their site with all kinds of newness. I don’t know what is going down in Oslo but it sure looks like a good time. There is an enormous amount of work on the site and it is all pretty quality.
Just a squirrel in this world trying to get an oil covered diamond.
Luke Williams wrote to me today to inform me he has a new website with new work. He was excited to get the word out so go tell it on the mountain because Luke is an extremely talented young man whose work deserves a look.
The almighty Vasava has updated their website and it is overflowing with awesomeness.
Wow. I sincerely have almost not idea what MSLBVR is about. All I know is there are some totally awesome illustrations on their website. Seriously. Totally awesome. The only words that come close.
The fine and extremely talented people behind Estudio Mopa have been kind enough to inform me that they have put up a new version of their website and updated their portfolio with new work. What is it about Brazilian design right now. They are on fire over there. Everything they produce is so vivid, wild, experimental, colorful and exciting.
The ever-so-talented and still-so-young Brazilian Art Director/Designer, Silencio sent a note that he has updated his portfolio with some visually arresting new work.
Bizarre but interesting illustration and design work by Aussies, Tin&ed.
I am really loving this title sequence for the Mad in Spain conference by Helio Vega. Expertly done.
I so wish I could make it to Mad in Spain this year. I would love to attend and it would be super cool to speak there sometime in the future. Maybe someday. I can dream.
Interesting work from Si Billam, a former senior designer at one of my all time favorite shops, The Designers Republic.
