Rebecca Wolkenstein is representing some really amazing photography, design and illustration talent. On top of that she sounds like a really nice person who is completely disinterested in pretentiousness cronyism and totally invested in promoting real creativity. That’s refreshing in this day and age.
If you are a working professional in the advertising industry or otherwise and you are in the market for some exceptional talent-for-hire do yourself a favor and drop Wolkenstein a line.
“Coöp is a collective of creatives dedicated to the practise of visual communications.
Visionary in approach, we are not limited by discipline, instead we work openly and collaboratively across many platforms.
Our design philosophy is holistic. We combine critical thought, style, function and finish to create aesthetically pleasing designs that work. Uniting theoretical foundation with imagination, our work is both ordered and playful and is defined as contemporary with classic sensibilities.
Responsive to brief, we strategically interpret our client’s values and personality into their projects. Open to continual learning, we build solid relationships with our clients and encourage them to get involved with the design process.
Believing good design should be for everyone, we work cross-sector on a range of projects varying in size and complexity. From the tiniest bespoke brief to large-scale projects we apply an equal dedication to excellence and this commitment is our driving force.”
Awesome work guys. Sincerely. Thank you so much for sending an email.
I am loving the illustrative-stylings of Irena Zablotska.
The very talented designer and renaissance man, Michael Paul Young has updated his website with a clever use of WordPress and some excellent work. Mike Young goes way back to the late 90’s days of the surge of Flash on the internet having helped launch Designgraphik, then We Work For Them and as of late managing the online design megastore, You Work For Them. His work was a big influence on me as I was attending undergrad and studying graphic design. Needless to say he has an impressive resume and his work is worth checking out if you have never before.
There is some really nice hand-rendered type in the portfolio of Paul Coors.
Small portfolio but really nice work nonetheless by Nicolas Alexander. I have seen the type layout above many many times before but some reason never tracked down the creator.

The talented Matt Burvill has made a seizure-inducing update to his website ‘House of Burvo‘. It appears he is now focusing his energy more on converting his site into a font foundry since as he explains on his site, that was his first love.
There is a lot of interesting work in the portfolio of State of Tomorrow. They have a great reel as well.
