There is some really nice design for print in the portfolio of Chris Killeen. I saw his work on several blogs last week and spaced posting it. I also really like how he has chosen to display his posters (wink).

There are a few small but notable updates in the broad portfolio of Graphical House.
There is some nice work in the newly launched portfolio of Artfatale.
Martin Stousland has some nice graphic design work in his Behance-folio.
I redsicovered the strangely compelling graphic design layouts that looks classic but feel fresh from Markus Mrugalla today. I wrote of his work back in October but think he may have updated since I last dropped in.
There is some absolutely killer package design in the portfolio of Portland-based Sandstrom Partners. There are some long downloads and a bit of a learning curve in terms of navigating their site but if you can get to the work, there is some really great stuff in there.
Jason Munn has posted some really beautiful music posters in his online storefront. His work is understated and just lovely. Times are tight, support a fellow designer and pick one up.
Alexander Meyer has some really nice, crispy and clean work in his portfolio. There is some great use of color and type.
Arlo has some really nice work in their portfolio. Someone sent me a link to their site over the weekend and I spaced posting it. They have a lot of work in their book to browse through.
Beci Orpin has a new website up featuring some really nice work. Not sure the site should be in Flash though. I had a little trouble using the site for some reason which was unfortunate because there is some tasty work in there.
Network Osaka has had some really amazing design work out there on Flickr for a while but finally launched an official website today, which is cause for small celebration in my opinion. I love everything in the portfolio. Fantastic work.
Graphic Designer Seth Rieder has a relatively small but exciting body of work.
I just ran across Helmo’s posters for Jazzdor 2008 and was really inspired by their design. I have written about Helmo in the past but I am really loving the work they are producing and these posters are really great. Simple, colorful, human and beautiful.
There is some really slick work in the portfolio of the Stockholm-based design firm 1-2-3. Prepare yourself for some double clicking.
Link via The Strange Attractor (the new site looks great guys).
I know I have mentioned Son of Tam before and I could be wrong, so I apologize but I swear there are a couple tasty new visual tidbits to nibble on since I last checked up.
Here’s a nice little interview getting into what inspires the legendary designer Peter Saville from the D&AD President’s Lecture, 12 March 2009.
There is some absolutely gorgeous graphic design work in the portfolio of Copenhagen design agency Dyhr.Hagen. Absolutely gorgeous.
I have been approached lately by a lot of people from different industries who want to get something posted here to help promote themselves or their business and I have been careful not to post anything that is up to snuff or that I don’t think is worthwhile or meaningful. That said, I spent some time deciding whether or not I wanted to write about Everything is Yellow or not. Guilherme Cunha, whom you will see speaking on the website just as soon as you click the link, has been directly corresponding with me off and on for the last few weeks and is very enthusiastic both about the project but also just about creative in general. He has managed to round up some really talented creative people from all corners of the industry in the past.
Everything Is Yellow is a creative Webinar series (you know, a seminar that happens on the web) starting March 16th through the 20th that will cover some really useful insight into different ways to break into the creative industry and raise your profile as a creative professional. Again, he has managed to pool together some respected people in the creative industry to conduct the webinars. The topics look very relevant and I will be curious to see how it all shakes out and what people take away from it.
So go give Everything is Yellow a look and see what you think. And if you decide to take part, send me an email and let me know what you think and how it turns out. Good luck Gui.
