It’s been a long time since I dropped in, but Helmo has a few small updates.Each comes with several images and all of their projects are beautiful to look at.
There is a really good body of work in the portfolio of French studio PNTS, not the least of which is a series of really cool geometric symmetrical layouts using old school bodybuilding photographs. Nothing like Arnold in the 70s.
Parisian artist/illustrator/designer Xavier Barrade emailed that he has a new website and work up. All of which is quirky and unusual.
There are some real treats in the Flickr-folio of French artist Amose, who isn’t afraid to take his work to the streets.
Designer/illustrator Steven Burke has updated since I last posted about him with some new and very cool work. I love the t-shirts and skateboard design above for Ambiguous.
Atelier Müesli has a very large and eclectic body of work. There are some real gems in their portfolio and they aren’t afraid to experiment.

They have some really interesting work in their collective book not the least of which includes the candles series shown above. You don’t even want to know just how bad I want one of those.
Mathilde and Christine are two french graphic designers who like little dogs, riding bicycles and decorating.
There are some really great updates in the portfolio of Ill Studio.
Some of photographer Remy Lidereau’s images look more like paintings than pictures. You have to do a double take. What is unmistakable though is how beautifully composed his images are. All of them are gorgeous.
There is some tasty work in the portfolio of Figure Studio. I love the stylized portraits.
I just ran across Helmo’s posters for Jazzdor 2008 and was really inspired by their design. I have written about Helmo in the past but I am really loving the work they are producing and these posters are really great. Simple, colorful, human and beautiful.
French Art Director/Designer Phoks has updated with some colorful new work.

Shapeflow is a french art collective whose membership is comprised of open-minded artists united by a passion for art and design. Consequently, there is some pretty damn cool stuff on the shapelfow website.
Tyrsa is the work of French graphic/web designer Alexis Taieb. There are some interesting projects dotted throughout Taieb’s portfolio.
