Orlando, Florida based graphic designer Danny Jones has a clean and tasty body of work including some minimally designed but highly considered print work. It looks extra sexy photographed closeup so you can catch the punch from the letterpress.
Polish illustration and design house Studio KXX has updated with a few long scrolls to their Behance portfolio that features some nice design work that is a little break from their typical illustration work, although you couldn’t really call their amazing illustrations ‘typical’.
French graphic designer and illustrator Xavier Bourdil has updated his portfolio with some recent work for the KDU. He’s a whiz with Photoshop and the result is some subtle but attractive imagery.
Elliott Grubb has lots of doubled letters in his name and he also has some nice design and illustration work in his book for clients like Nike, Levis and Computer Arts. He’s an industrious designer as well with his own storefront where he has already sold out several prints.
Richard Perez AKA Skinny Ships updates his Flickrfolio once again with more fun work. His style and approach is definitely evolving and his work is getting more interesting along the way.
Design house Non-Format updates yet again with notable work, this time for The Sanahunt Times as well as a few other new postings for various clients. As always, every piece posted to their portfolio is an inspiration unto itself.
Marius Roosendaal is a graphic designer from the Netherlands with a keen eye for simple typography, an interest in sci-fi and an ability to keep things likeably minimal.
Portuguese designer motionographers Pedro Vilas-Boas and Cátia Oliveira have updated their portfolio at Vilaz with some bright, colorful and kinetic new imagery. It’s an eye candy bonanza that’s hard to tear your eyes away from.
Onformative is a studio that was founded by Julia Laub and Cedric Kiefer in Berlin and focuses on generative design solutions covering various types of media and topics. In their portfolio lies some downright unusual but truly brilliant work. There are also some much larger images of their work available in their Flickrfolio.
Portuguese graphic designer Rui Ribeiro has some clean and classic minimalist work in his portfolio that clearly isn’t afraid to use negative space.
Serbian designer Bratislav Milenkovic has recently updated his Behance-folio with some tasty new work including some nice illustration work for Computer Arts Magazine.
Berlin based graphic design agency Hort has updated their already exceptional body of work with some new projects for Nike Basketball and Christina Rosenvinge. They continue to excel at producing simple, contemporary and classic design for print.

Now Portland based graphic design Michael Spoljaric’s career path can be traced back through Attik, the Phantom Research Foundation, R!OT Manhattan, Spontaneous and now Nike where he works on the basketball account and is responsible for these excellent illustrations that I ran into on a trip to NY this summer. NOTE: Apparently the talented illustrator Saiman Chow created the illustrations. Apologies for any confusion and credit where credit is due.
Montreal based design studio Feed has been churning out some excellent design work since 1999 and you can see several examples at their recently updated website.
I’ve lately been super active on Flickr and have become a bit of an addict about updating as frequently as I can. It’s given me a new reason to create and I have enjoyed the engagement and conversation that comes immediately through using Flickr. I noticed recently after sending a few emails back and forth that Michael Cina had been loading all kinds of good things into his Flickr account including some excellent new artwork for a Ghostly Records release. I’ve been a fan of Cina’s work for a long long time now stretching all the way back to the late 90s. So it’s great to still see him doing such inspiring work. I know he’s a busy guy having just started a new business and having his first child. I know that because I did precisely the same thing in the last 12 months and it’s a lot to take on. Keep up the great work Mike.
Damn am I loving the graffiti-inspired work of illustrator Paulo Arraiano for Nike. It’s awesome. I am going back to the pencil big time right now. Push this machine away from me so I can reconnect to the paper first.
OK-RM is a London based design studio founded in 2008 by Oliver Knight & Rory McGrath. They have a very understated but strong body of classic graphic design work for editorial represented in their portfolio.
