Kristina Collantes updates with a new website and a lot of new and different work. Her new material is a bit of a departure from what she has previously created.
Scot emailed me last week and asked that I mention he has an upcoming show this month here in Denver at the Andenken Gallery (the venue where Manifest Hope took place). Scot really busts his ass on his artwork and I have a feeling he is pulling out all the stops on this one so it shouldn’t be missed. Unfortunately I will be in Sunderland, England for a show I will be exhibiting at this weekend.
So on October 17th at Andenken Gallery I am asking that if you are in Denver you show up for Mr. Lefavor because I know he will definitely be showing up for Denver.
This chair by Vladimir Tsesler (the combined works and studio of Tsesler and Voichenko) is nothing short of hot hot hot. The chair is just one tiny piece of their large and rather indescribable body of work.

From The Dark Past, is the title of the current animation by Rafaël Rozendaal. There is a definite physical quality to the animation that almost tricks the eye into believing a camera is panning across a dimensional landscape. Be sure to click and play as well.

Wow. There are some really spectacular pictures in the portfolio of young photographer Lyndsay Buchanan. She has an amazing eye for color and form. Beautiful.
Eiko Ojala has a varied portfolio in terms of execution but all of the imagery is consistently compelling and expertly crafted.
Scott Wenner is the Creative director at motion504 in Mineapolis but he is also a painter responsible for some really nice abstract work. All around talent.
Tuomas Korpi creates some very detailed digital painting illustrations. Some of which are really beautiful works of fantasy art.
