I wrote about the unusual work of Gavin Potenza several months back but just kind of rediscovered his talent today. I love that some of his work provokes immediate imagination. There is some really nice design for print in the portfolio of Chris Killeen. I saw his work on several blogs last week and spaced posting it. I also really like how he has chosen to display his posters (wink).

Pomme Chan updates with some really fresh typographical illustration work. There is some really great experimentation happening there coming straight out of the inkwell and right from the graphite tip.
There is some absolutely killer package design in the portfolio of Portland-based Sandstrom Partners. There are some long downloads and a bit of a learning curve in terms of navigating their site but if you can get to the work, there is some really great stuff in there.
Jason Munn has posted some really beautiful music posters in his online storefront. His work is understated and just lovely. Times are tight, support a fellow designer and pick one up.
Alexander Meyer has some really nice, crispy and clean work in his portfolio. There is some great use of color and type.
