Studio Blup in London has recently posted a flurry of new work primarily consisting of digital illustrations for editorial. They also posted some fun interviews with different designers and illustrators from their trip to this year’s OFFF event in Barcelona.
French graphic designer Pierre Vanni has recently updated with all kinds of strange new and very French projects. It’s minimal, brimming with personality and will definitely make you scratch your head in a good way. His portfolio reads more like a dive into the subconscious mind of a French designer than it does like a book of real project work.
Graphic Designer/Art Director Greg Durrell recently updated with yet more stunning graphic work for the Olympics. His work has been all over the creative blogosphere this week most likely because of it’s simple accessible style that exudes a playful minimalism that is seemingly without pretension.
Studio Output has updated their portfolio and website with some inspiring new work that stretches across multiple mediums for some notable clients. The word above goes far in describing the work in their freshly updated book.

Largetype is the playground and blog of designer Matt Stevens. He has a portfolio website and a storefront as well but there are some wonderful things happening at his play space.
There is some crazy colorful dimensional typography happening in the portfolio of Polish designer/typographer Piotr Tarka. From the looks of his book his work is attracting some big clients as well. He’s not shy about his use of color and love of pop.
Benoît Bodhuin has a flurry of interesting design work in his portfolio including some layout deconstructivist pieces that almost serve as abstract expressionistic graphic art.
With just this single new image created for the cover of Paper Diamond’s EP ‘Levitate’ all of my interest in Raccoon Nook’s work was completely restored. He is remarkably talented and one of those new and frightening breeds of creative capable of doing almost anything he sets his hand to and doing it with expertise.
Designer Oliver Munday has updated with some OMG WTF NEW work and it might provoke some of those reactions considering just how good his work is. There is all kinds of tasty stuff in there and if you are reading this Mr. Munday, I would love a print of the poster pictured in this post.
Sorry to copy and paste but this is a very well written and informative bio so:
“Senior Graphic Designer & Illustrator Rejane Dal Bello has been based in The Netherlands since 2004. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, she began her career working for renowned branding & design companies in Brazil.
After her BA in Graphic Design in Rio de Janeiro, Rejane went on to study under Milton Glaser at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She completed a MA at Post St Joost Academy in The Netherlands in 2006. During her MA, Rejane joined Studio Dumbar, a graphic design studio that has established a unique position in the Dutch Design scene.
Rejane is currently a Senior Design at Studio Dumbar, as well as a member of the faculty of Post St Joost Academy, where she teaches Graphic Design and Creative Process.”
Rejane is a powerhouse packed punch of everything I love, Brazil, color, typography, Rio and Milton Glaser. Good stuff. No. Great stuff.
Mutto is the work of Argentinian designer/illustrator Guille Muñoz. His website is full of all kinds of strange and interesting things. Something totally different is lurking behind almost every item in his nav. It’s definitely an unusual portfolio that showcases a multifaceted talent.
I have been pouring over the work of Mark Coleran lately as I have begun the process of redesigning the new version of the Changethethought blog and website. Coleran is a rare beast of a designer who has carved out a unique niche in creating user interface systems for movies. You know when the scene comes on when some super secret agent is interfacing with some far out computer or system? Well chances are, Coleran was the man responsible for designing how that user interface system looked. Lately his work has attracted the attention of real software companies who are beginning to employ his skills in creating actual interface systems for new applications.
Tatalab is the work of an Art Director and illustrator named Jaime who was born in the Dominican Republic but established himself in Madrid. He’s got some nice work ranging from illustration through motion design in his portfolio.
Tom Darracott is an independent designer and art director. After studying at Saint Martins where he earned an MA in Visual Communication he joined the design studio Village Green where he worked on a projects for several notable clients. In 2011 he took the plunge and went solo with a strong showing in his current portfolio.
Weird, colorful and just plain fun works of design, illustration and typography are being produced by Spanish creator Osman Granda. He’s not afraid to experiment with color and just about everything else and that’s where the fun comes into play.
“Jamie Wieck is a design factotum; he is a designer who illustrates, an illustrator who directs and a director who writes. He is member of the cross-discipline design studio Airside.”
As could be expected from such a succinct, clever and intelligent description you will find more of the same in Wieck’s portfolio of project work.
