Ratinan Thaijareorn A.K.A.”ISE” is a 24 year old illustrator who was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. She recently received her degree in Visual Communication Art & Design from Rangsit University and is now accepting commissions. Her fashio-inspired work is striking and her recent project for Tiger Translate 2010 features some popping color and silky smooth illustration work.

The people behind The Brighton Freak Show followed up informing us they had posted a video about the show detailing their efforts and explaining why they wanted to host the exhibition. They also sent a link to a Flickr page where you can see some images of both the work, the process and the end result. It was nice to see such comprehensive coverage of the event. I just wish we could have been there.
Talented illustrator and designer Mario Hugo has kept busy and recently updated with some new examples of his fantastic work. He remains one of my favorites and it’s great to see him doing so well since he launched his studio.
Finnish illustrator Jesse Auersalo informed us that he has updated his portfolio with new examples of his dark, moody, sexy, soft and silky imagery. Although I love his works in black and white, I was immediately drawn to the single illustration rendered in color.
Kaeleen Wescoat-O’Neill just graduated from the Art Center College of Design and informed me today that she has recently updated her portfolio with some new illustration work that is worth checking out.
Dorset based illustrator Paul Blow has updated with a new website and work. He is a rare breed of illustrator who put concept above style and it’s exactly that approach that makes all of his images so engaging.
Melbourne based Leif Podhajsky’s psychedelic collage digital collage work has popped up all over the creative blogosphere but his work isn’t often seen applied to more commercial projects. However, he has recently posted some album art for ‘Tame Impala’s’ album ‘Inner Speaker’. Not only is ‘Tame Impala’ a kick ass band, Podhajsky retro-tinged work is a perfect pairing for their music and I am really digging the covers. If they produce LPs, they would look pretty slick framed and hung on a wall.
Designer/illustrator Matei Apostolescu has continued to update his website with his dense pen and pencil to vector imagery as his style continues to evolve into something that is uniquely his own.
Icelandic illustrator Siggi Eggertsson has made a large update to his portfolio. If you follow design and illustration (as I am sure you do), his name really needs no further introduction as his highly recognizable geometric vector style has graced the cover of many a creative magazine in the last 2 years.
St. Louis based illustrator Natalie Sklobovskaya has some impressive vector work in her Behance-folio including both densely layered ‘Vexel’ art and simple black and white pictograms.
