Machine has a new book out entitled, ‘Designed By Machine’ featuring some of the great design work they have done over the years. I have seen their work several times before but only today realized I had never posted it. Spend some time browsing because there is some great stuff in there.
Danish student/designer Karina Peterson has some really wonderful type experimentation happening in her portfolio.
Jens Mebes has some really nice work in his portfolio including these great porn collages for what he calls an ‘erotic restaurant’. That sounds like a fun client.
Aimee Wilder has some really fantastic wallpaper patterns in her portfolio. I would love to have some of them in my house.
Polish designer and now illustrator Grzegorz Domaradzki has established his illustration site here and there is some great stuff already happening.

Geneva, Switzerland-based design firm, Schaffter Sahli was founded in 2005 by Joanna Schaffter and Vincent Sahli. They have some really classic and clean work in their collective portfolio. Great use of type and color.
The first 50 of these gumball machine prints (for a pretty reasonable $30) from Vault 49, in celebration of their 7th anniversary will feature glow in the dark ink. It’s a perfect addition to any design aficionado’s black-lit bedroom/bathroom.
The folks over at Wish You Were Here emailed me to let me know about their new Patternscape prints last week, and I have forgotten to post it several days in a row now (still no internet at home yet). There are some really cool patterns in there that would probably make an attractive addition to a lonely apartment wall.
