Thirst is a design collective founded by Rick Valicenti based in Chicago. Rick was awarded the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA) Medal in 2006 for his contribution to graphic design and development of the profession.
They have recently updated with a new site full of really stunning work.
Some really nice work ranging across multiple disciplines, including some really beautiful photography from Barcelona-based designer Eduardo Hernandez.

Shapeflow is a french art collective whose membership is comprised of open-minded artists united by a passion for art and design. Consequently, there is some pretty damn cool stuff on the shapelfow website.
Hip new work from Minneapolis native Colin Strandberg. Makes me want to put on some legwarmers and wear some of those ‘shade’ sunglasses. Anyone remember those? Sure you do. C’mon.
Joao Oliveira appears to have updated with some newer work since I last dropped in on his portfolio. I really like his work.

Tyrsa is the work of French graphic/web designer Alexis Taieb. There are some interesting projects dotted throughout Taieb’s portfolio.
Netdiver has listed it’s top 100 (or more like 110) list for 2008. I am not always a big fan of ‘top’ lists because they are totally subjective and relative to author opinion more than audience but there is some good stuff in there and some things I haven’t seen before. Netdiver has been putting in the work since the 90s and always manages to pin down some great content.
I am working on a new digital collage project I am calling Vision Quest. It is based on nature, spirit animals, the quest for identity and the balance between technology and living in harmony with the natural world.
That was a mouthful. Anyway, don’t expect them to be complete for a couple weeks, but the first installment is pictured above. I think when these are done, I will finally be printing a new round of posters. I will most likely be doing 3 of these but I may end up doing 4. You can see more detailed images in the PRINT section.
