There is a cache of simply executed illustrations brimming with personality at Patrick Draws Things where it appears some of the drawings were most likely completed via computer (but who’s counting).

Fernando Volken Togni is a graphic designer and illustrator living in Porto Alegre. He creates some delectable vector eye candy.
Italian illustrator Flavio Melchiorre creates densely-layered vector style work that he sometimes works into complex abstract patterns that fry your brain when you try to look at them.
Philippe Intraligi does some crisp and clean vector branding work for some big clients. He also cranks out some nice visuals for use in television spots. He is a bit of a jack of all trades and it doesn’t seem to hinder him at all from pulling in the projects.
Illustrator Sanna Annukka really caught on to something special when she started incorporating her work into wall prints and the first image at her new website (above) portrays this realization in stark beauty. She also has a new storefront added to her new site that offers up some beautiful (yet pricey) prints.
The gradient mesh in illustrator has been a bit of a mystery to me in when illustrating with vector graphics. This tutorial really shed some light on how to actually use the tool to create that ‘hyper-real’ look that some illustrators seem able to magically achieve.
Barcelona born and raised graphic designer Marta Cerdà Alimbau has been busy updating with some really attractive vector-heavy design and typography work.
German-based illustrator and KDU member Magomed Dovjenko has updated his website with his typically wild and colorful mind-bending vector-to-Photoshop mashup imagery.
Clean, simple and smart vector graphics from Robert Samuel Hanson.
Carlos Jimenez and Roger Gual got in touch to inform me that they have recently updated their portfolio at Vanila BCN with more colorful and crazy illustration work. Freehand will never die.
Alejandro Fuentes A.K.A. Los Fokos has an unusual style that is a mixed bag of influences and cultural references. The resulting drawing-meets-vector-graphic results are vivid and unusual. He has updated with new work and a new website. You can also browse some of his work via his Behance-folio. My only bone to pick is that I would absolutely love to see the rest of the image above but you can’t scroll down to see it while browsing on a smaller screen. The reason I want to see it though is because it looks amazing.
There is some stunning examples of imaginative vector illustration in the portfolio of Moscow-based, Zutto.
Sebastien Cuypers has some slick vector work in his Behance-folio. I am loving the retro-sensibility of the image above.
Illustrator/Designer Mattias Voss is based in Münster, Germanyand I am loving his USM Modular Furniture Prototype pictured above.
Joshua has posted some work to his new Krop portfolio. It looks like there are several pieces, at larger sizes that I haven’t seen before at his personal website. If you like his signature vector style, it’s worth a browse to see what he has been up to. Prolific. He has his niche cornered, that is for sure.
Hopefully I am not mistaken, but it appears that talented monster-illustrator, Camellie has updated (since I last posted her work) with more images of her charming little creatures.
There is some really great work in the Behance portfolio of designer Grzegorz Domaradzki. I am especially loving his set of vectorized portrait movie posters.
